The International Dementia Conference will operate under NSW Health Guidelines at all times including capacity and vaccine requirements.
Should the conference be cancelled due to public health measures, all monies for registration will be refunded. HammondCare recommends the use of travel insurance. No refund for any monies spent on travel or accommodation can be claimed.
Should a delegate be unable to attend due to acquiring Covid-19 or being required to isolate, registration can be swapped to another attendee prior to 5th September 2022. After this date, delegates may choose to transfer their registration to virtual attendance only at no additional cost.

Cancellations received in writing on or before 31 July 2022 will be refunded, less a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after this date for any reason.
Registrations can be transferred to another delegate free of charge any time on or before Monday, 5 September 2022. Please contact the conference team to arrange this.
If you become unable to attend after 5 September 2022, you can opt for virtual attendance. Please contact us to arrange access to our live streaming platform.
