This includes 15 years at the Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney followed by 10 years with HammondCare as Director of Care Services and 8 years in service development and pastoral care. Rosemary had responsibility for the provision of nursing and support services to 350 residents at Hammondville. This included the planning and development of services for people with dementia in a 72 bed nursing home and at The Meadows, a 40 bed purpose designed hostel. Rosemary served as a Director of HammondCare for 7 years from 2006 and Chair of the Risk and Compliance committee for 5 years.
Rosemary continues as a member of an International Reference Group for the Dementia Centre.
