The Advance Project is one of the National Palliative Care Projects, funded by the Australian Government since 2016, and led by HammondCare’s Professor Josephine Clayton working in collaboration with various health organisations and universities across Australia. The Advance Project provides a practical, evidence-based toolkit and a training package, specifically designed to support Australian General Practitioners (GP’s), General Practice Nurses and Practice Managers.
