Terms and Conditions for the submission of Oral Presentation papers

  1. Deadline for orals presentation submissions is 5 pm AEDT on 24 November 2017. Late submissions will not be accepted for oral presentations but may be considered as poster presentations
  2. Notification of acceptance will be sent out via email by 1 December 2017
  3. All abstracts are to be submitted in English
  4. Oral papers will be of 20–25 minutes, with an additional five minutes for discussion
  5. A maximum of two papers may be submitted, per person
  6. All presenters whose abstracts are accepted must register and pay for the conference by the specified date, as advised on the offer/acceptance letter/email
  7. All abstracts will be published in the program distributed at the conference
  8. Maximum abstract length is 200 words. Abstracts greater than this will not be accepted
  9. Once submitted and accepted, abstracts may not be rewritten
  10. Abstracts that do not comply with the outlined requirements will not be considered
  11. Abstract submissions will only be accepted by online submission. Abstracts via fax or paper mail will not be accepted
  12. A two-minute video clip is requested to be uploaded as part of your submission containing a brief introduction to the presenter and the abstract. This submission platform will be in addition to written text. It will be used to inform the panel’s review of submitted papers and will be uploaded to the conference website

Terms and Conditions for the submission of ePosters

  1. Deadline for submissions is 5 pm AEDT on 29 March 2018. Late submissions may be accepted as ePoster presentations
  2. Notification of acceptance will be sent out via email by 6 April 2018
  3. All ePosters are to be submitted in English
  4. A maximum of two ePosters may be submitted, per person
  5. All ePosters who are accepted must register and pay for the conference by the specified date, as advised on the confirmation email
  6. All ePosters will be published in the program distributed at the conference
  7. Maximum abstract length is 200 words. Abstracts greater than this will not be accepted
  8. Once submitted and accepted, no changes can be made
  9. ePosters that do not comply with the outlined requirements will not be considered
  10. ePoster submissions will only be accepted by online submission. Abstracts via fax or paper mail will not be accepted
  11. ePoster submissions do not require a video or photo to be uploaded
