Best practice residential care for older people with complex health care needs experiencing homelessness: stories from the field

Allison has a social work background in mental health, child protection, community and social aspects of disaster recovery, brain injury rehabilitation, and social work education. Her research interests have spanned these fields, with a focus on resilience and recovery from trauma over the life course, social justice, and strengths-based, participatory qualitative approaches. She is currently a research fellow at HammondCare investigating homelessness in older age.
