Cancellation policy

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing by email to the conference managers at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Cancellations received in writing on or before 10 May 2018 will be subjected to a refund less 25%. No registration refunds will be made after this date for any reason. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person in your organisation. Details of transfers/substitutes must be notified to the registration managers no later than 3 May 2018. Please note that by completing a registration form, you are accepting the terms and conditions as laid out in the registration brochure and /or the conference website. The cancellation policy will apply whether or not payment has been received.
